30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or refund.

How to start a return

Email us at support@wanderpaw.co.uk with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll guide you through the next steps.

Conditions

• Items should be unused and in their original condition where possible.
• If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us right away with a photo and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for it to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
